Custom software, integrations, and automations for established businesses held back by disconnected tools and manual work. Built around how you actually operate, by someone who has run businesses from the inside.
Your business has grown. Your systems have not kept up. Client details live in one tool, tasks in another, and the real status lives in a spreadsheet or someone’s head. Your team copies information between platforms, chases updates, and waits for you to move things forward. The same gaps cost you time, week after week.
The bottleneck is often the gap between your tools. Your team ends up doing the work your systems should handle.
We start where the work gets stuck. Then we build or connect the systems that fit your processes, your team, and your clients. Sometimes that means a custom platform. Sometimes an integration or a focused automation is the better answer. The goal is less manual work and a clearer way to run the business.
A few of the things we build:
A single place for your clients to access resources, schedules, and the services you deliver.
See who is active, where progress has stalled, and who needs a follow-up.
Move new clients through your process with fewer manual handoffs and repeated tasks.
Track participation, flag clients going cold, and keep every feedback request, audit, and deadline in one place.
Projects, tasks, deadlines, and team communication in one place, instead of scattered across tools.
Funnels, sales pages, CRM, and email automation, built around your offers.
Your ads, payments, subscriptions, and the metrics that actually matter, pulled into one place so you can see how the business is doing at a glance.
Assistants and automations that handle the repetitive work inside your own platform, from support to follow-up.
The work no off-the-shelf tool does well, built exactly the way your business needs it.
We built the platform Jacques runs his coaching programs on. It replaced a community tool and a separate client calendar, and added custom areas like Playbooks, where prompts and code are shared directly with clients. His programs, the AI Operator Bootcamp and Continuum, run on it every day. Over the last several months we have used AI inside the platform to automate delivery, sharpen the client experience, and run the team's internal operations from one place. Three generic tools stitched together became one system built for how the business actually runs.
A platform to run a high-touch coaching program. It tracks client participation with a custom scoring algorithm, flags who is going cold, surfaces them for re-engagement calls, and keeps every feedback request, audit, and deadline in one place.
Built for a creator growing a large Instagram following. It pulls live follower, reach, and engagement data into one focused cockpit: daily snapshots, a 90-day growth curve, pillar and format breakdowns that show exactly which content works, and an AI briefing that flags reach spikes and pace against the next milestone. The patchwork of native Instagram insights and spreadsheets became one system the creator opens every morning.
A complete CRM built from scratch: contact lists with tags and segments, broadcast campaigns, and a visual automation builder for multi-step email sequences, triggers, waits, conditional branches, and discounts. Here, an "Abandoned Checkout" flow watches for a tag, waits, checks whether the contact purchased, and either ends or runs a recovery sequence. No third-party email tool, no per-contact fees: the whole marketing engine lives inside the same system the business already runs on.
Built by Renato Klimeck. COO of Hopkins Media, building and running the exact systems these businesses depend on.
Renato builds the platforms we run our entire business on. He replaced a stack of tools that never really fit us with systems made for exactly how we work.

I'm Renato Klimeck. For five years I have helped run Jacques Hopkins's businesses from the inside: the systems, delivery, and platforms. I build this software, and we run real coaching programs on it every day. That experience shapes how I approach every project: understand the work first, then build what actually helps.
Fix Bottlenecks is my software studio. We work with established businesses that need their tools to work together and their teams to spend less time on repetitive tasks. We use AI where it makes the solution better, and build around your operation instead of asking you to fit a template.
Tell us where work gets stuck. We review your business, the tools you use, and the manual work between them. Then we explain what we would change and whether we are the right fit.
You see exactly what we will build and how it fits your business, before anything starts. No surprises.
We build, connect, and test the solution with you, so it fits the way your team actually works.
The evaluation is free and there is no commitment. We only take on projects we are confident we can deliver, and we do not start building until you have approved the plan.
For established businesses ready to reduce manual work and connect their operations.
We read every submission personally and will reach out to set up your evaluation call.
